How to create 'My Account'?

Click 'Sign in/Sign Up' at the top of the page. Click on ‘Sign Up’ on the next page. Enter your first name, last name, email address, mobile number, password and confirm password in the respective text box. Select the checkbox to accept the ‘Terms & Conditions’ after reading and then click on ‘Sign up’.

I have signed up with www.tadworld.com but cannot login with password. Why?

There is a possibility that you must have forgotten your password. In order to reset the password, click on ‘Sign in/Sign up’. Under Sign In pop-up, click on forget password. Enter the email ID which was registered with www.tadworld.com and click on Submit. We will send you an automatic email to reset your password.

Can I buy from www.tadworld.com without creating an account?

No, you need to register to shop on www.tadworld.com. By creating you own account, you can enjoy a personalized shopping experience , including recommendations, quicker checkout and your wishlist. You will also be able to rate and review products.

How do I update my information?

You can update your personal detail by going into my account after login.

How can I know the availability timelines of a product that is 'Out Of Stock'?

When & How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by contacting our customer support team before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Cancellation is not allowed post the order has been shipped.

How can I return my order?

Currently, we do not accept any returns. In case of manufacturing defect, damaged, defective, or wrong product is delivered then we will send part replacement or pick up the delivered damaged/defective product from your location and will send a full replacement of the product. In case the part or product is not in stock to provide replacement then we will pick up the damaged/defective/wrong product and full refund will be issued post pickup confirmation received from our courier team.

What are the delivery charges?

We offer free shipping on serviceable pin codes on all our products.

How to check whether delivery pin code is serviceable or not?

You must select the product you to wish to buy, enter the desired delivery pin code and submit it. You will instantly receive a popup on the serviceability and delivery timelines for that pin code.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We ship all the orders within 1-4 days from our Kochi or Bangalore warehouse. Estimated delivery time will vary depending on the destination to which you want the order to be shipped.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc)?

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on tadworld.com. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the checkout page is exactly what you would pay.

What will be the mode of delivery? How can I track my order?

Products will be shipped via one of our logistic partners within 1-4 days. You will get a Email and SMS with tracking details and logistic partner name once the order is shipped. Does tadworld.com deliver internationally?

As of now, tadworld.com doesn't deliver items internationally. You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.

When will Assembly happen?

The assembly will happen within 24-72 working hours after the product is delivered to you. We request you to contact our customer support team at info@tadworld.com or call/whatsapp us on +918138000575 to arrange the assembly.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

You can change the address before by contacting our customer support team before the product has been shipped. Delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.

Why is the COD option not offered in my location?

Currently we do not accept COD orders.
