Job Profile:

1.     Overall management assistance to MD including research on competitors.

2.     Monitor and Analyze E commerce portals sales performance/ return analysis / marketing budget/ logistic budget etc 

3.     Analyze Distributors and Dealers stocks by week intervals and report communicating directly with ABMs and distributors.

4.     Distributor/ Dealer channels scheme analysis coordinating with accounts team.

5.     Monitor budgets and actuals of Marketing budget, Transport costs, warranty claims, Sales returns, etc coordinating with accounts team.

6.     Sales team TA/ DA and performance analysis coordinating with accounts team.

7.     Monitor and analyze Inventory, sales projections, and order planning. 

8.     Coordination between Accounts/ Sales team/logistics/ Customs clearing agent/ transporter etc.

9.  Coordination with overseas factories on shipment processing.

10.  To create happy and pleasant family ambience and motivate every team member.

 

Requirement:

1.     Proficient on MS office, high proficiency excel and basic knowledge on various computer/ software applications.

2.     Problem solver, Solution oriented, go getter, work with full ownership.

3.     Multilingual- English, Hindi

4.     Strong Analytical skills

5.     Basic knowledge on Cost accounting

6.     Basic knowledge of E commerce business or interest to learn.

7.     Basic Knowledge of Distribution / Dealer channel business or interest to learn.

8.     Strong communication/ command/ negotiation skills

9.     Talent to handle both senior and Junior team members.

10.  Willing to travel Domestic and international.

11.  Interest in modern furniture and furnishing designs.

·       Respond promptly and professionally to incomingcustomer inquiries and complaints by telephone, by email or by chat tool.

·       Co-operate with warehouse team, logistics &installation partners to complete the ecommerce order cycle within timeline.

·       Process and track customer returns, replacement,and claims

·       Outbound calls to customer to get feedback,ratings & reviews.

·       Identifying and analysing type of customer feedbackand complaints and informing management to take corrective actions.

·       Establish and maintain good rapport withcustomers by using positive language and anticipating their needs.

·       Produce reports and statistics regularly.

·       Any additional tasks or duties as assigned.
